I thoroughly enjoyed very amiable and super friendly/helpful employees!
My good value for money and functional room had an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Got extremely comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. I found the hotel's location comfortable, really close to town centre, all the attractions, Beaches, Castles, farm/ zoo and the town square.

The family room offered a decent amount of space, accommodating my needs without feeling cramped. Location near a large shop made it easy to grab essentials.
This place is plagued with issues. The management switch left the kitchen in disarray, leaving breakfast and dinner non-existent during my three-day stay. The noise from the street below reminded me of a speeder's race track, with locals arguing at all hours and a truck unloading around 4:30 AM. Stairs to the top are steeper than a Wookiee climbing a tree, and the floors creak with every step. The condition of the room also needed attention, with a tap and mirror that looked like they hadn't seen a cloth in ages.

The location was spot on, with a bunch of cracking eateries nearby like The Coffee Cave Cafe & Ice Cream Bar and Munchies Takeaway. The staff were super friendly, and my King Room was spacious and clean.
The fire alarm going off at 3 AM was a bit dodgy, and the restaurant situation was a mystery-didn't even catch a whiff of food cooking.
